The art of sarcasm... says:

sar-casm [sahr-kaz-uhm] noun

1.harsh or bitter derision or irony.

2.a sharply ironical taunt; sneering or cutting remark: a review full of sarcasms. says:

A tongue of which the user speaks of something the complete opposite of what the user means. It often has the best comedic value.

And, yes... that seems to be the definition. 
But the art of sarcasm goes a little further than that.

The Art of Sarcasm:

It is pretty simple, really.  The Art of Sarcasm:  

When someone says something sarcastic to you, you answer something -so- sarcastic back that the person won't even know that you're being sarcastic.  And then smile or put a smiley face (if txting)
